This modern and colorful holiday home is located in one of the most beautiful beach areas of the large bay “Bahía de Alcúdia”, in “Platja de Muro”. The living area is about 60 square meters and it is located on the ground floor of a 4-family house. The living space of the holiday home is flooded with light by the large window and with the garden in front of it you quickly get this joyful feeling of being in a living oasis in the Mediterranean. The sofa and upholstery in front of the satellite television system invite you to enjoy cozy television nights with your favorite channels. In the living room there is hot / cold air conditioning. The open and easy maintenance kitchen is well equipped. A modern electric stove is integrated into the kitchen, including the oven and dishwasher, as well as the washing machine. They also have a microwave and fridge / freezer, as well as the usual small kitchen appliances such as a toaster, kettle and filter coffee maker. The bedroom is separate and furnished with a 150x190cm double bed. There is room for two more people (children) on a large sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom is fully equipped with shower, sink, bidet, toilet, hair dryer and is en suite.
